Served as Director General of the National Energy Regulation Agency and is an honorary member of the Regional Association of Energy Regulators. From 2023 to 2024, served as Minister of Energy of Moldova, focusing on energy security, efficiency, and renewable energy transition. Played a key role in aligning Moldova’s energy sector with European standards. His areas of specialization include energy security, energy efficiency, the transition to a “green economy”, and climate change adaptation.
