Former member of the State Duma of the Russian Federation. The only deputy to vote against Russia’s annexation of Crimea in 2014. Previously worked in the technology sector, including roles at Schlumberger, one of the founders of Skolkovo Foundation and former vice-president of Yukos Oil Company. In Ukraine, has been active in political initiatives and media projects, including the Russian-language opposition channel February Morning. Since 2022, involved in Ukraine’s Territorial Defense Forces.
