Director of the European Values Center for Security Policy in Prague, specializing in European policies on Russia and China, particularly in countering foreign influence operations.
In 2016–2017, contributed to the Czech government’s National Security Audit as an expert on foreign influence operations. Has briefed institutions such as the U. S. Congress, NATO Political Committee, and the European Parliament’s Special Committee on Foreign Interference.
In 2022, led the establishment of EVC’s Taiwan Office, the first European think tank presence in Taiwan.
