Has been living and working in Ukraine since 2018. A graduate of Tufts University with a degree in Russian and Eastern European studies, he has collaborated with Ukrainian media and NGOs.
He served as an official election observer in Ukraine with missions from the Ukrainian World Congress and OSCE.
Following Russia’s full-scale invasion, he coordinated humanitarian initiatives to deliver medical supplies to affected regions.
