Julia Sibley

Strategic communications expert

Julia Sibley is a Senior Advisor for Communications at the International Republican Institute, where she develops and implements strategic messaging, media outreach, and thought leadership initiatives. Previously, she was Director of Communications at the Hudson Institute and Deputy Director of Communications at IRI. She has worked at the Henry Jackson Society, focusing on democracy, human rights, and foreign policy. She holds an MA in Modern History from St Andrews University.
