Shota Utiashvili

Security and international relations expert

Shota Utiashvili is a Senior Fellow at the Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies (Rondeli Foundation), specializing in security policy and EU integration. From 2004 to 2012, he served as Director of the Information and Analysis Department at the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs, focusing on security strategy and counterintelligence. In 2012, he was Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Corrections. He holds a degree in International Law and Relations from Tbilisi State University.
