Kirill Rogov

Political Scientist, Journalist, Philologist

Graduated from the Faculty of Philology at Moscow State University, holds a PhD in Philology. In the late 1990s, co-founded and served as editor-in-chief of the Polit.ru. Worked as deputy editor-in-chief of the newspaper Kommersant. From 2007 to 2015, was a senior research fellow at the Gaidar Institute for Economic Policy. In 2011–2012, served as an advisor to the rector of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration and later headed the Department of Socio-Political Communications.
