Investigative journalist

Studied chemistry at Omsk Chemical-Technological College. Previously involved in Russian opposition politics as a member of the Solidarnost movement and the People’s Freedom Party. Left Russia after participating in the 2012 Bolotnaya Square protests in Moscow. Founder of the Municipal Scanner anti-corruption project. Previously worked with Proekt and Agentstvo, specializing in investigations into corruption and Russian government activities.
