Senior Fellow at Strategy & Future, focusing on Central European security dynamics. Previously designed and oversaw NATO and Indo-Pacific wargames for the Potomac Foundation. Holds a Ph.D. in Politics and an M.Litt. in War Studies from the University of Glasgow, as well as a B.S.in International Politics from Georgetown University.
