Focusing on Belarusian civil society and democratic movements. Previously chaired the Foreign Affairs Commission of the Coordination Council and was a Fellow at the John Smith Trust.
Worked as a radio host at Hromadske Radio, human rights coordinator at the Center for Civil Liberties, and election observer for OSCE/ODIHR and ENEMO.
Holds a Bachelor’s degree from Minsk State Linguistic University and studied diplomacy at the University of Warsaw.
