Grigory Frolov

Vice President for Programs and Development, Free Russia Foundation

Graduated from Georgia State University and the Russian Academy of Justice, holding master’s degrees in nonprofit management and constitutional law. A Fulbright-Muskie and Reagan-Fascell fellow. Worked with the Civic Assistance Committee and Greenpeace Russia. Coordinated Free Russia Foundation's operations in Ukraine following the full-scale invasion in 2022. Leads the foundation’s programs across Eurasia, including humanitarian initiatives and the Reforum Space network.
