Former board member of Za Wolną Rosję (For Free Russia) Association and chair of the board at WOT Foundation, supporting Russian activists and journalists in exile. Former International Republican Institute program officer, developing political party-building and civic leadership programs. International Secretary of the Civic Council. Holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from St. Petersburg State University.
