Lawyer

Graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University’s Faculty of Law, holds a Ph. D. in Law, and is a First-Class Justice Adviser. Specializes in constitutional law and post-Soviet legal reforms. Worked at the Constitutional Court of Russia and the INDEM Foundation. Participated in projects of Open Russia, the World Bank, the Ford Foundation, the European Union, and USAID. Completed fellowships at New York University, the U. S. Congress, and the Federal Judicial Center of the United States. Has taught at the Higher School of Economics and was a visiting professor at the University of Michigan.
