Igor Knyazev

Political Scientist, Bishop

PhD in Political Science and a professional political strategist, having led over 30 electoral campaigns at various levels. Served as Director of Development at the Moscow School of Political Studies and lectured at the Moscow Financial and Legal Academy and the Moscow Seminary of Evangelical Christians. Held positions as Auxiliary Bishop of the Karelian Evangelical Lutheran Church and later as Bishop of the Northern District. Authored over 100 works on church-state relations and the history of Russian liberalism. Passed away on October 7, 2024.
