Founder and Chairperson of the Board at GRASS, a think tank focused on governance and foreign policy. Served as Vice-Speaker of the Parliament of Georgia and Deputy Foreign Minister, overseeing European integration and international organizations. Professor of International Relations at Ilia State University and former Dean of the School of Governance at Caucasus University. Holds a Ph.D. in International Relations from Tbilisi State University and an M.A. from the Central European University.
