From 2017 to 2021, he chaired the NGO “WatchDog. MD,” focusing on policy analysis and anti-corruption efforts. In December 2020, he was appointed an adviser to the President of Moldova on energy policy. He has also worked in banking and financial risk assessment. He holds a degree in Banking and Stock Exchange from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova and has contributed to media discussions on energy and economic policy.
