Anton Mikhalchuk

A specialist in public policy and administration, an activist, and a coordinator of community initiatives

Graduated from Tyumen State University with a degree in Public and Municipal Administration and earned a master’s degree in Public Policy from the European Humanities University in Vilnius. Joined Open Russia in 2018, where he led a regional branch and was a member of the organization’s federal council. Since 2021, has been coordinating projects at Free Russia Foundation, including the Strategic Communication analytical center and various educational initiatives.
